Quick Replies
One of the most useful features in Telegram Business accounts is Quick Replies and I personally use it all the time.
With this feature, you can save frequently used messages like your credit card number, wallet address, or any other common response.
Then, whenever a customer asks for something like your payment details, you don’t need to search, type, or even copy and paste anything.
You can also save any other type of message for example, instead of typing out the product details, pricing, and descriptions for every customer, you can create a quick reply for each product.
Then, whenever a customer asks about that product, just select the message and send it instantly
No need to copy, paste, or retype anything.
All you have to do is type /
in the chat, and Telegram will show you a list of your saved quick replies.
Just select the one you need, for example, your wallet address and it will be instantly sent to the customer.
This not only saves time but also ensures accuracy.
